The El Chaparall area is located about 3.5 km from the centre of Torrevieja (as the crow flies) and consists of detached villas and townhouses. It is a nice and quiet residential area, popular with families with children, and where most people in the area live year-round. And although it is a little outside the city centre, it is still part of Torrevieja, where the new large residential area of La Hoya will link it even more with the rest of Torrevieja.

And in Torrevieja, with more than 110,000 inhabitants and the third largest city in the province of Alicante, there is of course a complete range of shopping, entertainment, sports facilities, hospitals, schools, and also direct buses to Alicante airport (45 min).
