It is a quiet and safe area, but the low building on the other side of the street that lets the light flow that nicely into your apartment is a primary school, and during the daytime there are children in schools. And, children tend to play during breaks. So if you don't like it when children are playing, this is not the apartment for you.

But the location is very good, and everything you need within is walking distance. Both the central beach promenade and the Plaza de la Constitución in the middle of the city centre are less than 15 minutes’ walk. And if you walk in the other direction, you have about 15 minutes to the large Habaneras shopping centre with Carrefour, Mercadona, Lidl, cinemas, bowling, etc. And, only 500 m to Playa del Acequión - one of the wonderful beaches in Torrevieja. Perfect to live in all year round but works just as well as a holiday apartment!

And of course, furniture in a more modern style. Then it will be really cozy. If you want the apartment to be perfect, you can of course renovate the kitchen and the bathrooms too, but they work fine as they are, even if the style is not that modern.

However, renovating is easy. The important thing is the location, and you will have that here, close to both the port and Parque de las Naciones and with everything within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centre, and less than 20 minutes’ walk to the new large leisure centre in the port with cinemas, restaurants, etc. Nearby you also have several nice parks, playgrounds and mini golf. With several bus lines nearby, you can also easily get anywhere in the city with the city buses.

And in Torrevieja, with more than 110,000 inhabitants and the third largest city in the province of Alicante, there is of course a complete range of shopping, entertainment, sports facilities, hospitals, schools, and also direct buses to Alicante airport (45 min).
